The hotel was quiet and beautiful with very courteous personnel particularly during check-out. Everything was perfect, including large and great affordable breakfasts with eastern food. Spent here 3 sunny days and will come back.

I recently stayed at Grand Millennium Shanghai Hongqiao for my trip to Shanghai. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, with great English skills. The location in the Gubei area was perfect for me, and the hotel even had a nice swimming pool and sauna. Additionally, I needed kosher food options, and luckily, the best place in Shanghai was nearby, making it very convenient for me.

Had to carry my own case from the taxi, even though there were many doorman. Internet is not free, which I find totally unacceptable in a RMB1000/night hotel

Convenient location near a popular shopping street and a large hypermarket. Spacious rooms with a nice pool and a small spa. Friendly staff and a good mix of western and local breakfast options. Close to Hongqiao airport.

Great facility and restaurant. The hardest bed on which I have ever slept. Very uncomfortable. Like laying on a flat board.

there were a minibar, satellite television, and climate control in the room, greatly enjoyed that. the breakfast was large with worse coffee ever, great food. good location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The spacious rooms were well-appointed, and we particularly enjoyed the large tub and separate shower in our room. The breakfast choices were amazing, with a great mix of Western and local cuisine. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the subway, making it easy for us to explore the main tourist locations in this city. We also found it convenient to order taxis whenever we needed them.
